Part-Time Service Porter
Position Summary:
The BMW Service Porter is responsible for performing a variety
of duties as they relate to the organization and servicing of vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist service advisers in checking in vehicles
- Preparing the
vehicles for customer deliveries
- Inspect the
vehicles on display for stains, debris and damages and report any damages
immediately
- Transport
customers and dealership personal as needed
- Perform deliveries
as required
- Clean interior and
exterior of vehicles
- Keep service lot
neat and orderly, moving unites as directed and in accordance with dealership standards
- Return vehicle
keys to the appropriate secured location
- Pick up vehicles
from and deliver vehicles to storage
- Maintain buildings
and grounds as needed
- Assist with
showroom clean-up and deliveries when needed
Demonstrates

Adheres to all
company policies, procedures and safety standards
Required Experience:
Qualifications:
- Must meet
company's requirements for employment
- 6-12 months of
previous work experience (preferred)
- Ability to read
and comprehend written instructions and information
- Demonstrated
effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass
Pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to drive
manual transmission vehicles
- Professional
appearance
- Demonstrated
customer service skills
- Must have a valid
driver's license
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Exposure to
inclement weather
- Ability to operate
an automobile
- Prolonged periods
of standing, stooping and bending
Education:
- High school
diploma or equivalent

Mercedes-Benz Technician
As
a Mercedes-Benz technician you will be responsible for performing vehicle repair
and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory
standards.
Primary
responsibilities
- Perform
work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Diagnose
cause of any malfunction and perform repair
- Keep
shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools
- Ensure
that customer vehicles are kept clean during repair process
- Road-test
vehicles to ensure quality repairs
- Document
work performed in customer records
Required
Experience Ideal candidates will have:
- Current
Mercedes-Benz Certification
- Proven
track record of achieving or over-achieving goals
- Outstanding
communication skills
- Professional
appearance and work ethic
- Great
attitude with high-energy personality
- Superior
customer service skills
- Two
years automotive experience
- Ability
to read and comprehend instructions
- Ability
to exercise good judgment
- Valid
driver's license and good driving record
Required
Education
Technical
or trade school degree preferred
