    Service Porter

    Description

As a service porter, you will assist our department managers in providing our clients with an outstanding customer experience.     Requirements

    The service porters are responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the organization of vehicles

    • Assist with stocking in vehicles
    • Preparing the vehicles for customer deliveries
    • Inspect the vehicles for stains, debris and damages and report any damages immediately
    • Transport customers and dealership personal as needed
    • Perform deliveries as required
    • Clean interior and exterior of vehicles
    • Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership standards
    • Return vehicle keys to the appropriate secured location
      Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to storage
    • Maintain buildings and grounds as needed
    • Assist with showroom clean-up and deliveries when needed
    • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customer, co-workers and suppliers
    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

     

    Qualifications:

    • Must meet company's requirements for employment
    • 6-12 months of previous work experience (preferred)
    • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
    • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Pass Pre-employment drug screening
    • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
    • Professional appearance
    • Demonstrated customer service skills
    • Must have a valid driver's license

     

    Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

    • Exposure to inclement weather
    • Ability to operate an automobile
    • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping and bending

     

    Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Technician

    The Knauz Automotive Group is currently experiencing unprecedented growth in all of our dealerships.  We have immediate openings for new and experienced technicians.
