Type: Full Time, permanent 40 hrs/week. Must be flexible.

Hours: Call Center open Mon-Thurs 7am-7pm, Fri 7am-6pm, and Saturday 7:30am-5pm (Saturdays rotate)

Description:

The Sales Coordinator team is a specialized, highly trained team of skilled professionals that handles Inbound Sales Calls, Internet Leads, Outbound Marketing and follow-up calls with a commitment to improving client satisfaction. No cold calling or telemarketing is involved.

To be a successful Client Care Sales Representative you must possess outstanding communication skills and a strong work ethic. You must treat every call with a fresh and enthusiastic disposition. You must be friendly, articulate, positive, and be driven to excellence at all times.
